www.educator-hotel.ru
Street Address: Selskokhozyaistvenaya Ulitsa, 17/2 Korp. 5 - Moscow, Russia
Location: Fair. Nearest Metro: Botanichesky Sad Staff Speaks English? I'm not sure. Would I Stay Here? Yes. * New Rooms. Bargain Prices. So-So Location * The Oochebnaya has been open for 6 months. The prices are cheap for new rooms: - 1 person 1200 rubles - 2 people 1300 rubles - ½ lux = 1500 rubles They have 94 rooms. I saw #309 - it was brand new; not bad at all. I also saw rooms 312, 317, 327, 329. They are all new rooms. The walls could use a few more pictures. Besides that, they are good rooms. They also have a cafeteria-like restaurant. The hotel is in what looks like a college campus area, but the other 6 nearby buildings belong to another hotel, the Hotel Tourist. The Baikal Hotel is across the street. Avoid it.

Orekhovo Apartment Hotel J +7 (095) 392-3327 Street Address: Shipilovsky Proezd, 43 - Moscow, Russia
Location: Fair Nearest Metro: Orekhovo Staff Speaks English? Yes. Would I Stay Here? Yes. Orekhovo Blows Their
Local Competitor Away! This is a far better apartment hotel compared to their neighbor at the Tsaritsino Apartment Hotel. The apartment quality is far better. The hotel staff is much friendlier. It's closer to the metro. Security does an effective job while not getting in your face. The front desk staff is professionally dressed and they understand at least some English. At the Tsaritsino they have a completely different mindset. They are suspicious and they prefer not to lift a finger, and after you walk away from them, they'll say all kinds of bad things about you! At the Orekhovo, I received much better treatment. I got to see their apartments, and they were nice. Quite nice! You can get a brand new room there for 660 rubles, or 1350 for a double. This is in a "block" that has 4 different rooms, and each resident in the rooms shares on bathroom with shower and one toilet room. Everything is brand new and who knows, maybe nobody will occupy the other rooms? The apartments are nice. An example is Apartment 123. It was renovated a year ago. The quality is very good - only 3500 rubles a night. And you get a nice kitchen. Apartments here have up to 4 rooms. The only problem I saw was with the elevators - they don't have enough. You might have to wait 5 minutes for an elevator. They say they will be adding new elevators. A park is nearby. Nothing else is here. It is a "sleeping district." The Orekhovo is far from the center of the city in the south. Home
